Where age verification is required
Updated July 26, 2026 · 3 min read · Pro feature
The age-verification lock opens a link only to visitors who pass the age threshold.
When to use it
For programs, content or products open to adults only. The visitor verifies their age before continuing.
Setting it up
Open the link row → Lock tab (Pro) → turn on the “Age verification” rule → set the minimum age (e.g. 18) and save.
What the visitor sees
The visitor sees a date-of-birth field. If they pass the threshold the link opens; if not, a “You're not old enough to view this content” message appears.
Is data stored
No. The date of birth is only used in the browser to compute age; it is never sent to the server or stored.
Note
Age verification doesn't collect information; to build a customer list, use the Subscription lock.
