Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinkHub (lnkhub.net and its sub-domains).

The service is provided by DevCode Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 14284192. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

LinkHub is a "link-in-bio" platform that lets users (in particular coaches and creators) gather their links, content and contact/booking tools on a single public page.

We may improve, change, or add and remove features of the service from time to time.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, plans and fees

The service offers a free Free plan and paid Pro and Business plans. The features of each plan and current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of the selected (monthly) period unless you cancel. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in US dollars and may be exclusive of applicable taxes; any applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

We may change prices; changes do not affect your current paid period and take effect from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management (Stripe customer portal) in your account. On cancellation your subscription does not renew; your access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for paid periods and do not refund partial use. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree not to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or that breaches applicable laws,
  • Infringe others' intellectual property, privacy or personal rights,
  • Distribute unsolicited bulk messages (spam), malware or phishing links,
  • Share hate speech, harassment, violence or unlawful sexual content, or present age-inappropriate content without suitable restriction,
  • Attempt to harm the service infrastructure, its security or other users, or abuse the service by automated means,
  • Impersonate any person or organisation in a misleading way.

6. Your content

You own all content you upload or publish to the service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to operate and host the service and to display your public page.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

7. Visitor data and your data-protection obligations

When you collect personal data from your visitors using features such as a contact form, subscription lock or booking, you are the data controller for that data and we act only as a processor on your behalf.

You are responsible for informing your visitors appropriately, obtaining any required explicit consent, and processing the data you collect in line with KVKK, UK GDPR and other applicable law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of such data.

8. Intellectual property

The LinkHub brand, software, design and content (excluding user content) belong to DevCode Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights other than the right to use the service.

9. Third-party services and links

The service may include third-party services (e.g. payments, embedded calendar/booking tools) and external links added by users. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services and sites; your use of them is subject to the relevant parties' terms.

10. Availability and interruptions

We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption or error, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. On termination, your public page and data may be permanently deleted.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data. In any case, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

These limitations do not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury).

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

As a consumer, your rights under the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence (e.g. Türkiye) are unaffected.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
