Hiding and showing links

Updated July 26, 2026 · 3 min read · All plans

You can hide a link without deleting it, and reorder by dragging — no history is lost.

The on/off toggle

Every row has a toggle. When you turn it off, the row is hidden from the page but its past click data stays in Analytics. The “Hidden” filter shows hidden rows.

Hide or delete

When a campaign ends, hide instead of deleting: you keep the data and reopen the row in one tap when needed. Deleting is permanent and takes the history with it.

Ordering

Drag and drop from the handle on the left (or use “Reorder”). Dragging only works on the “All” list; it's disabled while a filter or search is active.

Rule

The visitor reads the first three rows. Put your most valuable link at the top, turn off what's done, and keep the list clean.
